Ich bin Stammgast schon mittlerweile über 10 Jahre, bin regelmäßig 3-4 mal/Jahr hier und immer wieder gerne! Bin nach wie vor top zufrieden besonders seit letzte paar Jahre, Service hat sich extrem verbessert, in allen Bereichen!!

La struttura e la sua ubicazione, la camera da letto, i servizi di cui la prima colazione eccezionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da segnalare la prossima di mezzi pubblici, molto efficienti
Niente, poiché tutto perfetto
Zatím nejslabší z flotily Orea. Pokoj dostačující, čistý, ale koupelna, respektive sprchový kout velmi zastaralý. Milujeme Orea ve Špindlerově mlýně, který je také přestavbou starého hotelu. Není to ovšem vůbec znát.
Obsługa dba o standard.
Budynek stary, wymagający renowacji. Basen pamięta chyba jeszcze Czechosłowację - brudny i stary.
Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, czysto i pachnąco w całym obiekcie.Bardzo podobał nam się wystrój hotelu.
Poloha hotela je výborná, prístup autom perfektný. Izby sú vkusne zariadené a čisté. Raňajky sú skutočne vynikajúce.

При первом заезде все было нормально.
Когда я заехал 2 сентября на 1 ночь меня со слов работника заселили в новое крыло, кондиционер не работал от слова совсем, я пожаловался на ресепшене , и мне заявили что свободных номеров нету и послали техника самной вместе проверить кондиционер, техник снизил до 19 темпиратру и сказал подождать минут 20. Но проблема не была решена мне пришлось спать с 2 открытыми окнами .
