Amazing hotel in great location for O2 and Oxford St shopping! Clean, spacious, excellent facilities and staff helpful and friendly.

Very family friendly and welcoming

Some dirt in bathroom. Cleaner knocked on the door in the morning to ask when we were leaving.

When we checked in we were given 2 rooms on two different floors. I told the staff we requested rooms side by side so they apologized that they did not know and had none available for our first night but would sort it for the remaining nights and they did

We had no air conditioning for our entire stay. staff ignored requests to sort out .. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice spacious room, clean.

WiFi didn’t work very well.

Location was great, staff were also friendly and efficient. Very inviting atmosphere when walked in

Our room (613) had a knob missing in the shower, the lights would not stay on when full mode was selected (informed maintenance team who said they’d look into it) so made it a little hard to enjoy dinner in the room in the evening, mirror in room was also a little dirty

breakfast was lovely, had a great variety, nice and fresh.
